Rivers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

This piece is based on John Stewart Curry's iconic mural in the Topeka capital, depicting Kansas legend John Brown. Since it was for a jiu jitsu gym, I included grapplers instead of soldiers, and I changed the flags to represent Brazilian jiu jitsu history. I also traded John Brown's bible and gun for a black belt and a jiu jitsu rulebook to add an extra twist and emphasize the jiu jitsu theme! Interior mural size 9x16'.
